From draft to live

When you first create an event, it’s a draft — only you and your team can see it. When you’re happy with the details, you can publish it to make it available to anyone.

How to publish an event

1

Open your event

Go to the event detail page for the event you want to publish.
2

Click Publish

You’ll see a Publish button in the event header area. Click it.Caption: The event detail page with the Publish button highlighted in the header
3

Confirm

A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the details and click Confirm to go live.Caption: The publish confirmation dialog with event summary and Confirm button
4

Copy the link

Once published, you’ll get a public link. Copy it and share it anywhere — email, social media, your website, a group chat.

Sharing your event

After publishing, click the Share button to get your public link. You can:
  • Copy the link to your clipboard
  • Share directly to social media
  • Send it in a message or email
  • Embed it on your website

People who click your public link don’t need a Linebundle account. They’ll see a clean, beautiful view of your event with all the details you’ve added.

What visitors see

When someone opens your public event link, they’ll see:
  • The event name, date, and description
  • The timeline and schedule
  • The location with a map
  • Any materials you’ve attached
  • The list of speakers or key attendees (if you’ve added them)

Unpublishing an event

Need to take it offline? You can unpublish an event at any time from the event detail page. The public link will stop working immediately.
