Behind the scenes of your files

Material Settings is where you manage how Linebundle processes and organizes your uploaded files. Most of the time, things just work — but if you want to fine-tune the experience, this is the place. Caption: The Material Settings page showing tabs for General, Labels, Sources, and Documents

What you can configure

Labels

Create, rename, and delete the labels you use to organize your materials. This is the same label system you use from the Materials page, but here you can manage all labels in one place. Caption: The Labels management tab showing a list of labels with edit and delete options

Sources

Manage where your files come from. If you’ve connected external sources or watch folders, you can configure them here.

Document cleanup

Over time, you might end up with:
  • Duplicate files — Files that were uploaded more than once
  • Failed uploads — Files that didn’t process correctly
  • Ignored files — Files you’ve marked to skip
The Documents tab in settings helps you clean these up:

Text recognition (OCR)

If you upload scanned documents or images with text, Linebundle can try to read the text in them. In the settings, you can choose which language the text recognition should expect.
Text recognition works best with clear, high-quality scans. If a document looks blurry, the results might not be perfect.
