Bringing people on board

Once you’ve created an organization, the next step is getting your team in. As an admin, you can invite anyone by email — they’ll receive a link that lets them join your organization in seconds.

How to invite someone

1

Go to your organization

Navigate to Organizations in the sidebar and select your organization.
2

Click Manage Members

On your organization’s overview page, click the Manage Members button.Caption: The organization overview page with the Manage Members button highlighted
3

Send an invitation

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. You can also choose what role they should have when they join (for example, Admin, Editor, or Viewer).Caption: The invite form showing email field and role dropdown

They'll get an email

The person will receive an invitation email with a link to join. If they already have a Linebundle account, they just click the link and accept. If they don’t, they’ll create an account first and then join automatically.
You can invite multiple people at once. Just send invitations one after another — they’ll each get their own email.

What roles should you assign?

When you invite someone, you choose their role. Here’s a quick guide:
Not sure which role to pick? Start with Editor for most team members. You can always change their role later. Learn more in Roles & Permissions.

Managing pending invitations

You can see all the invitations you’ve sent — including ones that haven’t been accepted yet. From the Manage Members screen:
  • Pending invitations show up with a “Pending” label
  • You can cancel an invitation if you sent it by mistake
  • Invitations expire after a set number of days, but you can always send a new one

Tips for a smooth onboarding

Give your team a heads-up before you send the invite. A quick message like “Check your email for a Linebundle invite” goes a long way.
Most team members are fine as Editors. Only give Admin access to people who need to manage the organization itself.
Before inviting people, create a space with helpful information — a welcome doc, key dates, or a getting-started guide. That way, new members have something to explore right away.
