Become a power user

You’ve learned the basics. Now let’s make you fast. Here are the best tips and shortcuts to get the most out of Linebundle.

Keyboard shortcuts

Keep your hands on the keyboard and fly through Linebundle:
The double-tap shortcuts (like D D) work by pressing the key twice quickly. It might feel unusual at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s the fastest way to navigate.

Quick search is your best friend

The quick search (Cmd/Ctrl + K) is the single most useful feature for experienced users. You can:
  • Jump to any section — Type “events,” “spaces,” “settings”
  • Find specific items — Type the name of an event, space, or contact
  • Run actions — Some actions are available right from the search bar

Pro tips for organizers

Set up your spaces first, then create events inside them. This keeps everything organized from the start and makes it easy for your team to find things.
Planning a conference? Create a main space for the event, then sub-spaces for each track, stage, or team. It keeps complexity manageable.
Don’t wait until you have 100 files. Start labeling from day one. Future you will thank past you.
Don’t overthink it. You can always edit a published event. Getting it out there is more important than making it perfect.
Instead of clicking through pages to find a number or a name, just ask the AI Assistant. It’s faster than you think.
Star the contacts you interact with most. Then use the Favorites filter to see just those people.
Even if you only use a venue once, save it in Places. You’ll thank yourself when you need the address again months later.
If you find yourself doing the same thing every time an event is published (like notifying your team), set up an automation to do it for you.
