Going public

By default, spaces are private — only members can see them. But when you’re ready to share something with a wider audience, you can publish your space to make it visible to anyone with a link.

How to publish a space

1

Open your space

Navigate to the space you want to publish.
2

Click Publish

In the space header, you’ll find a Publish button. Click it to start the publishing process.Caption: The space header with the Publish button highlighted
3

Confirm your choice

You’ll see a confirmation dialog that explains what publishing means. Review it and click Confirm to go public.Caption: The publish confirmation dialog explaining that the space will be visible to anyone with the link
4

Share the link

Once published, you’ll get a public link that you can share with anyone — on social media, in emails, on your website, or anywhere else.
Publishing a space makes it visible to anyone with the link. Make sure you’re happy with the content before going public. You can always unpublish later to make it private again.

What visitors see

When someone visits your published space, they see a clean, public-facing view of your content — events, documents, and descriptions. They don’t need a Linebundle account to view it. Caption: The public view of a published space as seen by an external visitor

Unpublishing a space

Changed your mind? You can take a space back to private at any time.
  1. Open the published space
  2. Click the Unpublish or Archive option
  3. The public link will stop working immediately
