Finding anything in seconds

As your file collection grows, you’ll want ways to find things fast. Linebundle gives you two tools: labels for organizing, and search for finding.

Labels — your color-coded tags

Labels are like sticky notes you put on files to group them by topic, status, or anything else that makes sense to you. For example:
  • “Brand Assets” — logos, color guides, templates
  • “Approved” — files that have been reviewed and approved
  • “Q3 Planning” — everything related to third quarter planning

Filter by label

Back on the Materials listing page, use the label filter to show only files with a specific label.
Create labels that match how you think about your files. There’s no right or wrong way — use whatever helps you find things faster.

Search — find by name or type

The search bar at the top of the Materials page lets you find files instantly:
  • By name — Type the file name (or part of it)
  • By type — Filter by file format (PDF, image, Word doc, etc.)
  • By status — Find files based on their processing status

Advanced filtering

For larger collections, you can combine multiple filters:

Managing labels

You can manage your labels from the Materials settings:
  • Create new labels
  • Rename existing ones
  • Delete labels you no longer need
Go to Materials Settings → Labels to manage them. See Material Settings for more.
