What is the Bundle Builder?

The Bundle Builder is your space’s control room. It’s the main view when you open any space, and it lets you see (and organize) everything inside that space in one place. Think of it like arranging items on a desk — you decide what goes where, what’s important, and how everything connects. What’s inside the Bundle Builder?

The Bundle Builder is made up of several sections, each showing a different part of your space:

Space Header

The top of the page shows your space’s name, description, and quick actions like editing or publishing.

Events Panel

See all the events linked to this space — upcoming ones, ongoing ones, and past ones at a glance. Caption: The events panel inside the Bundle Builder showing upcoming and ongoing event cards

Documents Section

All the files and materials attached to this space. You can upload new files directly from here.

Contacts Section

The people connected to this space — members, speakers, vendors, or whoever you’ve added.

Sub-Spaces Section

If your space has sub-spaces, they appear here as cards you can click to explore.

Editing your space

Want to change your space’s name, description, or settings? Click the Edit button in the space header to switch to edit mode. Caption: The space in edit mode with editable name, description, and visibility fields
You can switch in and out of edit mode anytime. Your changes are saved as you go.

Advanced Tools

For power users, the Bundle Builder includes an Advanced Tools drawer with extra features:
Linebundle can suggest resources, events, or contacts to add to your space based on what’s already there.
See how your space is performing — member growth, activity levels, and content stats.
Save your space layout as a template and reuse it for future spaces. You can also import templates others have shared.
Discover connections between your spaces — shared members, overlapping events, or related documents.
